Your appointments are very important to Me and are reserved for YOU! Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 48 hour notice to cancel or move an appointment. If you cancel after this time you will be charged 50% of the service. No shows will not be tolerated and will be charged 100% of the service. Cancellations and no shows cause loss of earnings to my business. Email confirmations and reminders are sent out automatically. The day of your appointment, if you are 10-15 mins late and give no notice, your appointment will be canceled. I only tolerate 15 mins after appointment time.
